I stayed for a week at Mado Hotel in Addis Ababa and had an excellent overall experience. The service was exceptional—staff were consistently attentive and professional. The Wi-Fi was reliable for the most part, though I occasionally had to turn off my camera during video calls. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety each morning. I tipped housekeeping 50 birr daily, and my room always smelled amazing, clean, fresh, and well cared for. My only issue was that the refrigerator in my room didn’t work. I didn’t realize it until late in my stay and chose not to report it, but it’s something worth checking for future guests. Aside from that, I highly recommend Mado Hotel and would gladly stay again.
Excellent stay at Mado Hotel Clean, spacious rooms, great service, and a perfect location in Bole. The staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Loved the gym and spa. Highly recommended for both business and leisure!
I love Mado Hotel. The best staff, rooms and location! Very clean and the restaurant is so attractive . The breakfast is amazing including a juice and salad bar and many hot entrees. You must visit to see for yourself.
