Magazine Vista Hotel By PHC

It is located in the heart of Georgetown. Very clean. However, room facing the main road can be noisy when vehicles drive by. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Check-in: The process was a bit slow as we had to wait for the person in charge to assist us, which caused some hesitation. It would be great if the check-in process could be more efficient. Room Conditions: The master bedroom had a few issues. When lowering the air conditioner speed, there was an unpleasant odor, which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, water was seeping out from the floor right in front of the master bedroom’s toilet, which was quite inconvenient. The floor vinyl and skirting were also broken, making the room feel less well-maintained. Broken front door latch which feel insecure despite the digital lock . Overall, the stay was decent, with an ideal location for exploring nearby cafes and good food, but maintenance issues in the master bedroom and a slow check-in process affected the experience.

There is almost nothing good to say about this ”Hotel”. I tried to contact the Hotel several times before we arrived. No one answered to me. I also tried to change my booking because of the emergency and contacted Hotel, but Magazine Vista Hotel only wanted the money. Now after check out i saw that Hotel charged my credit card much more that the booking amount + taxes were. Please if you want to keep safe and secure your money, don’t book this Hotel. It is a scam!! The apartment it NOT very safe either.
