I spent beautiful time in this hotel. Everything was really good, rooms were clean and cleaned everyday, food is good, beach and pool are good and people working there are friendly and ready to help anytime. Honorable mention to whole animation team especially Momo and Alex who made my stay there even more fun, hope to see you next year again!
The staff is professional: well-mannered, understanding, and helpful. The beach is gorgeous. The rooms are not well-equipped with what we would find in other 5-star hotels. Overall, it’s good.
It could be described with only one word ‘’ DISASTER’’. From entrance the staff in the entrance welcome the guest with a cigarette in the hand. In the pool no place to seat, staff around no one offer a help. Food in the restaurant is the cherry on the cake, only 2 waiters to manage the restaurant, oily pizza, dry grilled fish, lettuce in the salad not well cleaned, sharing the plates with the flies… Nothing related to 5 stars hotel, may be a half star and I believe is too much. The only good thing to enjoy in the hotel is the beach.
