Great Stay and Excellent Service! Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Big thanks to Faisal at reception — he was professional, friendly, and super helpful. His service really made the experience better. Highly recommend!
Never in my life I've seen 5 star hotel close check-in at 8pm !! It's mean if you have 10 hours flight and you come with your Ihram at the hotel after 8pm they will cancel your reservation ! + Anyone respond to phone reception !!!
The worst Holiday Inn we've been to.. We could've paid the same amount of money and got better services at a 3 or 4 stars hotels The room was dirty, bed sheets unchanged, spotted and there was hair on some of them, the closet was dusty The bathroom door closes hardly And for a room of 4 there weren't enough complimentary hygiene products There was old trash under beds The bus service from and to Haram is really hard to rely on and you get to be late to The Holy Mosque and sometimes you get late to the hotel because of the wait in the bus station for more than 45 minutes Some trainees at the reception were rude In general it was a bad experience.. Won't happen again.
