They kept the area clean, restocked food promptly, and handled busy times without any issues. Orders were taken quickly, and drinks were refilled without needing to ask. They were attentive but not overbearing, and everything ran smoothly each morning. Overall, very professional and made for a pleasant start to the day.

This was our first time at this hotel and I can’t wait till we are back! We were there for Umrah with our kids and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and kind. The location is very ideal. The rooms are in great shape, too. The breakfast is a huge spread and fresh and delicious. Lots of amenities nearby. I’m really happy we chose to stay here! Can’t wait to be back.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at the Makkah Clock Royal Tower-Fairmont Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The facilities were impeccable - clean, modern and perfectly maintained. The location was also superb, offering stunning views and easy access to everything I needed. The food at the Restaurant was phenomenal, and I was blown away by the delicious Indonesian dishes prepared by Chef Nursyah and Edy. They even offered me the option to request special dishes, which made my dining experience truly unforgettable. Huge shoutout to Chef Teza and Edy Saputra for their culinary expertise! The service at Athayf Restaurant was also exceptional, thanks to the warm hospitality of our lovely waiter, Hussian. He greeted us with a smile every time and made sure we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor and attentive service truly enhanced our dining experience. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Makkah Clock Royal Tower. The combination of excellent service, outstanding facilities, and delicious food made for a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Makkah. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
