🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️ (4.5/5) An excellent and heartwarming experience at Makkah Tower 3 – Clock Tower, Makkah. NOTE: My overwhelming experience of my son's Birthday and Ms. Ritaj did thoughtful celebrations and event most memorable from Makkah Tower 3, makkah. I personally and heartily thanks to her best celebrations on time and thanks to Mr. Talal for everything. EVENT I recently stayed at Makkah Tower 3 and booked a bed-only option (without breakfast). Overall, my experience was outstanding and truly memorable, especially thanks to the exceptional customer service. Special mention goes to Mr. Halal, who was without a doubt the most courteous, kind-hearted, and professional staff member I have come across in any hotel in Saudi Arabia. From the moment we arrived, he made sure every detail was taken care of – always friendly, respectful, and ready to assist with anything. What really touched us was how he went out of his way to make my son's birthday extra special, arranging a lovely surprise with snacks and cake for our family. His thoughtfulness and generosity left a lasting impression on us. He truly deserves recognition. ✅ Pros: Outstanding customer service, especially by Mr. Halal Convenient walkable access to shops, restaurants, and religious sites Prayer area (mosque) on the 6th floor for both men and women Great value for money – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation ❌ Cons: The elevator system needs improvement. Waiting times were often long, and sometimes lifts would skip floors, likely due to being full. This was the only downside in an otherwise great stay. 📍 Location: Perfect location in the Clock Tower, just steps away from Masjid al-Haram – making everything easily accessible. Overall, I would highly recommend Makkah Tower 3 for families, solo travelers, or anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality during their stay in Makkah. Excellent location, right opposite gates 86-90 women’s entrances with 90 being common entrance. Room service is very good. Elevators can get busy at salah times but it’s manageable. Right opposite clock tower hotel which has amazing food court with every kind of food available. Has good shopping right in the clock tower and below the building. Highly recommend this hotel when you want an affordable hotel for your umrah with family
