Our family had a lovely stay here. Reception was very kind. They let us park car early in the garage while we waited for our room to get ready. Even got to check in a few hours early. Comfy beds. Our room had a nice view of St. Patrick's Cathedral and the large sycamores. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Very comfortable beds. Nice walking distance from the busier areas. Short walk to St. Stephen's Green.

Great location, bus stop right outside and great places to eat nearby. Check in was delayed and we were given complimentary coffees for the wait. We stayed there for 3 nights but was a bit annoyed since I had to ask for the tea trays in the room to be topped up (you'd run out of milk in 2 cups). Overall, great experience - highly recommend.

Massively Overpriced – Misleading “4-Star” Hotel That Feels More Like a Hostel I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was too outrageous not to warn others. This hotel markets itself as 4-star, but the experience was closer to a no-frills hostel — and I’m being generous. The lobby felt more like a student dorm than a hotel — cold, clinical, and with none of the atmosphere or comfort you’d expect at this price point. The elevators are hidden behind a plain door that requires a keycard just to access — confusing and frustrating, especially when you arrive. The room was outdated and falling apart: Broken phone Bathroom door that didn’t close Dirty windows Bathroom fan so loud it could be heard from the bed — and it can’t be turned off. Everything about the space felt neglected and poorly maintained. €240 per night for this? Completely unjustifiable. This felt like a cash grab — a tired building dressed up with a misleading star rating. You’d be better off booking literally any other proper hotel nearby. Save yourself the disappointment — this one is all marketing, no substance.
