Best of the best!! A one of a kind homes with amazing views, terrific accommodations and personalized service. It's apparent that the owner knows the business, meticulously catering to his client's needs. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, making our stay the perfect vacation. I shall return ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ By far, the best property in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua!! Been down there many times and it only gets better. Definitely a must!! ✨

Had a amazing experience here. The owners were very accommodating and only cared about Us having a great time. you cannot ask for a better place to come to enjoy and also to know that they care about your experience! The views are breathtaking. They are always sending maintenance to clean the pool these people are on top of everything. The house was nice and the view was okay. One of the guest that was in our group had his phone stolen from the table in the pool area of the private house. This occurred in the morning… basically anyone can walk to the back patio of the “private” houses and management does nothing about the situation. After that incident we did not feel safe and it took a turn on our trip. There are no cameras outside of the houses to show who walks-in or out of the houses so we had to take that loss. I’ve traveled to San Juan del Sur many times and stood at many private houses and this has never happened before. Overall, I would not stay here again and I would not recommend to anyone. There are many more beautiful private properties in San Juan del sur where you will feel safer and where the staff are trustworthy and go out of their way to accommodate you and make sure that they have your best interest.
