From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded expectations. The doormen greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism—beautiful first impression! Our room felt like a sanctuary. The bed was extremely comfortable and inviting, plush linens and perfect pillows. The entire space was quiet and peaceful—no noise from neighboring rooms at all. Absolutely ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The pool area is gorgeous, though it can get busy at peak times. That said, the attentive staff made sure everyone was well looked after—the service by poolside was impeccable. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. Shops, restaurants, and stunning landmarks are all close by—only about a 10-minute walk to Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands. Perfect for sightseeing or a sunset stroll. Whether you’re here for relaxation, luxury, or exploring the city, the Mandarin Oriental hits all the right notes. Polished service, serene rooms, and a prime address—truly a standout stay in Singapore.

Had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Check-in and check-out were absolutely seamless, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The service was warm and professional as always, and it’s truly a very family-friendly hotel — our family felt welcomed and comfortable throughout. Just a small note — the birthday dessert this year was noticeably smaller than last year’s, which was a little disappointing given how special it was before. Still, an overall delightful stay and I look forward to returning.

Everything about our stay at the MO Singapore was perfect. The service was outstanding, the hotel was utterly beautiful, the facilities had everything we needed, it is in an incredible location, and nothing was too much trouble for the team. They went above and beyond every single day to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We were celebrating my Mum's 80th birthday and they made her feel so special, it really gave us so many incredible memories to treasure. I stayed at the MO Singapore probably 30+ times between 2005-2008 but had not been back since and wasn't sure if it would be as good as I remembered, but it was so much better! The renovations have made the hotel even more comfortable, the rooms are outstanding and so well designed and the view is still very hard to beat. It is one of my favourite hotels in the world. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely return.
