Manhattan Pattaya Hotel

The room looks the same as on sites, in the photos it's dark since we arrived at night. Beds and linen are good, towels are changed every day during cleaning. The pool works until 10pm! 😍👍👍👍 Breakfast is served in the nearby restaurant Fat belly, you'll definitely find what to eat😉😋🤗

Room is ok but pillow is too soft and shower area should have a door or wider glass to avoid water spread out to dry area. Breakfast is variety and staff are ready to serve all guests. They keep checking the food and filling up when food are less

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First, the room looks very different from the photos on the official website, which makes us feel like we were cheated by the hotel. Additionally, the lighting is insufficient. If you dine in the restaurant at night, you'll feel fatigued. Furthermore, there is no air conditioning in the dining area. Moreover, the attitude of the receptionist was poor. When we returned to the hotel and parked our car, two coaches were blocking the parking space, leaving us without a spot. We asked the drivers, "Can you move forward a little?" but they refused, so we parked nearby. Then, they started shouting at us, and we didn’t even understand why we were being shouted at. Due to this issue, we asked the receptionist, "Are guests allowed to park for free?" She said yes. We reported the problem to her, but her attitude was dismissive; she seemed to mind her own business. The main point is that guests facing issues in the hotel area should have them addressed. After about two minutes, she completely ignored us and continued using her computer. Last but not least, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
