First the service of the staff and the receptionist very helpful and kindly especially for Mr. Jason, the welcome drink from bar tender its so freshing Our book room already out of the room and they upgrade it for us the double suite room Comfortable to stay , there is pool, garden and live music
The staff Bar Tung - at happy hour this man can mix the best cocktails you will have Breakfast waitress - Mai attentive, quiet service, professional Supervisor- Tuan - very approachable, making sure everything ran smoothly. We only stayed the one night on piura way to Cat Ba but it was a good experience. Friendly, helpful staff who spoke English quite well. The location suited us as we wanted to take the ferry the next day to Cat Ba. The bar offers good food and drinks at a reasonable price. Our room was clean and up to European standards. We were happy with our choice. For the €41 that it cost for the two of us (total- not per person) we were quite content.
