⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the hotel owner greeted us personally – a rare and heartfelt gesture. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, full of character and colonial charm. We were surprised with a free room upgrade, and they even prepared thoughtful birthday surprises for us – such a special touch! Parking and exceptional service were included, and we even received a delicious lunchbox for our onward journey. Every moment felt luxurious and personal. Without a doubt, one of the best boutique hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and wonderful hotel and staff. We were skeptical because older reviews showed there was poor management or a bad manager in the past, but we experienced nothing but a 5 star experience, and the staff was exceptional (Especially Yuri). They were very attentive and proactive - even giving a "to go" breakfast when we had to check out for an early flight and helping arrange transportation. The hotel was also a perfect and central location, very clean and well kept, and a great overall experience.

It couldn’t get better than this. This hotel reflects Merida’s essence at its best. From the elegant courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast, to the suites that’s decorated to perfection. Staying at Mansion Merida was quite an experience. We stayed in room 202, the most majestic corner master suite, full of art, good taste, spacious, impecable, and elegant. The Courtyard restaurant truly captures the essence of Mexican cuisine. The food is a true explosion of flavors, made with fresh ingredients, the atmosphere is vibrant elegant, with live music in the morning for breakfast and at night, the service is warm, knowledgeable and friendly. We recommend everyone to stay at Mansion Merida, conveniently located in Downtown Merida, walking distance to the main attractions
