I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly memorable experience. The rooms were absolutely beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable. I especially loved the mountain view from my room; waking up to that serene landscape was a highlight of my stay. The dining experience was another standout. The food was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Biswajit and the Executive Sous Chef for going above and beyond to make each meal enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and scenic getaway with top-notch service!

This was my second visit to this property, and on both occasions, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by the staff. I am consistently impressed by the motivation and friendliness of every team member—they are always smiling and willing to assist. All departments demonstrate excellent coordination, from the initial welcome and valet parking to luggage assistance, check-in and check-out procedures, as well as the food options and service. Every aspect was handled seamlessly, and the entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding service. Team helped me with my father as required and they are very attentive to provide their assistance. My only suggestion is that check-in time could be improved, although they were acceptable.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend! I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The AC in the room was not working at all, making it very uncomfortable, especially in the heat. When I reported the issue, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was completely inappropriate, and they made no effort to fix the problem or provide any kind of solution. To make matters worse, they charged extra for random things without any proper explanation or transparency. It felt like they were just trying to scam guests. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place if you value your money and peace of mind.
