Currently here on vacation, came in on a Carnival cruise and got a day pass. I got the beach cabana and am loving every minute of it. We have an attendant who gets all of our food and drinks. She has been amazing! I did make reservations before we left for the cruise. It has been seamless and definitely would recommend again. When we come back on vacation I definitely plan to come here again.

I was very pleased with my most recent stay here with family, as I’ve visited multiple times. The front desk staff at One Particular Harbor were very friendly and accommodating as we navigated an emotional time — kudos to Tito and team! The location is excellent, with absolutely spectacular views of the cruise ships. However, it can get a bit noisy depending on your room’s location, and the hotel could improve on answering the phone more promptly. In addition, the dining options within the property are extremely limited, with restaurant closures during peak times. Overall, it was still a lovely experience that we truly appreciated.

I booked this trip with my friends for our spring break. Originally everything was fine, our room was confirmed and we had no worries. 1 week before the trip, I received a confirmation email with a price that was listed $1500 above what we had originally agreed to pay. The communication with the hotel staff about resolving this issue was impossible, they continued to send me different prices, none of which matched the original confirmation. We sorted it out before we arrived, yet they still tried to charge me a higher price when I checked in. Other than that, our check in process was fine. The foo d and drinks were delicious, and we made the most of our all inclusive packages (defintley recommended). We had dinner at Vacation cafe the first night, and our food took 2 HOURS to arrive. It was good when it arrived, but not worth the two hour wait. The second day of the trip the water in the hotel shut down, and we did not have access to toilets or showers for hours. We were promised reimbursement and did not receive it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there are definetly things that the hotel needs to work through. I would recommend looking into staying at Atlantis instead, we went there at night and their resort is beautiful and the night club was fun. This resort shuts down at 7:30 latest every night, which is not convenient.
