My stay at Marina Resort Port Ghalib was absolutely fantastic, and the highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the amazing animation team. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured that every day was filled with fun and energy. Special shoutout to Ahmed Farid, who was by far the best! His enthusiasm, humor, and friendliness made every activity even more enjoyable. Whether it was beach games, evening shows, or just casual conversations, he always brought a great vibe. The whole animation team was incredibly friendly, professional, and engaging—I genuinely had the best time with them! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day full of activities. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste. Fresh ingredients and great flavors made every meal a pleasure. The beach was stunning—clean, with crystal-clear water and excellent snorkeling spots. Whether you wanted to relax on a sunbed or explore the marine life, it was the perfect place to unwind. Overall, my experience at Marina Resort Port Ghalib exceeded all expectations, and I would definitely return, especially because of the incredible animation team. If you’re looking for a resort where you’ll never get bored and be surrounded by amazing people, this is the place to be!

This was without question the worst experience of my life. I went to this resort with my friend Milan and everything about our stay was a disaster. The food they served was raw inside, chicken and fish were PINK. Not slightly undercooked, but raw to the point of being unsafe. I became seriously sick and so did my friend. When we went to customer relations to explain what had happened, the woman we spoke to did not believe us. She didn’t apologize or even ask questions. She laughed at us. That is how they treat paying guests who become ill from their food. The problems did not stop there. Our room had ants crawling out of the wall. They were coming from cracks in the paint and spreading across the room. We reported it and cleaning staff came in, but whatever they did had no effect. The ants came back almost immediately. It was disgusting and it made the room feel dirty and unhygienic. The staff were not just unhelpful, they were rude and dismissive. They ignored me in conversations, speaking only to my friend. They asked him if I was finished eating while I was sitting right there. They chatted with him while acting like I was invisible. This happened more than once, and it was insulting and uncomfortable every time. Every basic standard you expect from a resort was missing here. The food made us sick. The rooms were infested with insects. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. There was no effort to solve problems and no concern for the well-being of guests. I will never return to this place. I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. If you value your health, your comfort, and your dignity, do not stay here. There are many other resorts where you will be treated with respect and where you will not have to worry about unsafe food or insect infestations. This is not one of them. Absolutely horrendous.
