Stayed here as a couple for 6 nights this last week. Main reason we booked here was for the very reasonable pricing and scenery, and we were not disappointed at all. The views here are absolutely gorgeous and sitting by the sea on the sun-beds and pier with that backdrop was really amazing. Our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Air con worked great, the cleaning team were really on it and super friendly, and we even got a balcony with a view of the sea which was a nice suprise. The sound of the cicadas in the woods was deafening at first but after a few days is super relaxing and really adds to the overall ambience. The food was delicious and had a great variety every day for lunch and dinner. The beach bar even serves pizza and chips which is great if you’re camped down by the sea like we were most days. There isn’t a huge variety of drinks on offer but there’s everything you need, with soft drinks and water readily available, as well as hot drinks being served on the terrace of the main building. Alcohol wise you can get beer down at the beach bar and wine and spirits at the other bars. The only cocktails are available at the pool bar which is open until 2am. There’s a little shop on site if you need sun cream, gifts etc, as well as a leather shop if you fancy a winter coat. There are water sports available however they were quite expensive, although if you want a good deal on a boat trip talk to jimmy on the pier who will sort you out (he will find you at some point so no need to seek him out haha). We took advantage of getting a massage at the spa on site and I would highly recommend this, pretty reasonably priced and super relaxing with multiple treatments available. As well as this, one night you can eat at the a la carte restaurant down by the sea which serves delicious seafood. I would say it’s probably 80-90% Russians who make up the guests here, so the hotel is mainly catered toward them. Most of the staff speak enough English to at least get by though so it’s not a massive issue. There is entertainment after dinner every night but we didn’t really get involved in this as it wasn’t great to be honest. The only other complaints I would have are that the wifi is pretty terrible and only works in the main building. Also apart from the main meal times there isn’t much in the way of snacks to eat throughout the day aside from the beach bar pizza which isn’t very filling. Overall would highly recommend Marmaris park hotel, thank you to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable!

4 nights in June 2025, exceeded my expectations on my first visit to Turkey. It was not too busy as still in term time, plenty of very comfortable sun loungers by pool and by the sea. Very beautiful views and itsnot in the busier towns, so perfect for relaxing. Very well kept hotel and grounds, with really lovely staff. Yes there are quite a few steps down to the water so possibly not great for less mobile people, but so easy for us to enjoy the pool and sea and other lounge areas. Plenty of choices in the buffet and the all inclusive included endless bottled water as well as alcohol and soft drinks, tea and coffee. Also included snacks in between meals which was great if you missed a meal due to travel times etc. Very relaxed and flexible venue with great energy. You can easily walk to Iclemere in about 20 mins along a safe coastal paved path, or hire bikes/electric bikes etc. Regular buses and taxis just outside hotel to go to Marmaris town which was great, shopping heaven for teens... We genuinely spent nothing except on a taxi and gifts. Plus the aircon was extremely quiet and very effective 😁

Hotel itself and the grounds very nice with potential. Set in the pine woods with easy access to the see from private piers. Food in restaurant is kind of repetitive, but thats what you should expect from All inclusive service, but all is fresh every time and tasty. A lot of salad and veg options all the time. But big lack of fresh fruit. Some water melons, or oranges but thats all. And you can forget the ice cream, none existent in this hotel! Now if you expect service, don't come here! There is none! From time to time you see someone to come and pick up empty glasses around pool or sea loungers. And they don't brings any drinks to you even if you ask. And very rude bartenders especially at bottom bar at seaside! That bar offer some soft drinks from dispensers and beer only, oh and warm bottled water! Only nice people we see are the girls on terrace offering coffee and tea. And none of the staff speaks english! Bare basic some none. This includes receptionist! So to coming here you better learn turkish or russian as all of them speak these two languages. And yes, I would say over 90% of guests are Russians the rest Turkish and only handful of people like us (UK,PL,DE). Edit: I forgot, very important, entertainment is nonexistent! Three guys from animation appear from time to time for short time and do something embarrassing which doesn't entertain anyone! Zero interaction with people! Terrible boring music which doesn't fit to summer holiday beach place! Very very bad, embarrassing and boring! So would I recommend this hotel? Unfortunately not! Would I consider coming back? No, not to this hotel
