Good choice for a fast stay, I have some down points from my stays....food is normal, not that good as many says, maybe for locals is above average, not for international taste.....my last room takes a while to heat the shower, it was in the first floor of the building and quite noise from water pipes from other rooms....there´s no option around for eat to go walking, but you can request by Uber Eats....service staff is attentive and helpful.
30 minutes for appetizers, another 30 for meal, under cooked food, then another 45 minutes just to pay and get the receipt (the waiter, bartender have to go the front desk and wait 15+ minutes every time you want a receipt) asked for drink made a completely different drink then I asked for. None of the food is good and I really tried to be open minded and it’s not my first time to Mexico. I could go on…there is so many reason not to stay here.
I’m Titanium Elite and this hotel is disappointing. The room is pretty crammed. There also isn’t any bottled water in the room. In the restaurant, you definitely need to know Spanish, and if you’ve got allergies — it will be very difficult.
