Marriott St. Kitts Beach Club

Had the pleasure of staying at the property July 17-20. The customer service was great from each and everyone I came across while there. They have a nice size gym, is in a great location, activities, more than one pool and the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. I’ll be thinking about that pizza forever. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and good water pressure in the bathrooms. The only thing to be mindful of is the seaweed smell, which is completely out of their control. Besides that I’d recommend this location and would 100% return to stay again.

We had a garden view 2BR villa that ended up with an ocean view as the Turtle Bay building is partially past the solid wall people talk about so we could see the cliffs. We were there at the start of the slow season and it was fantastic. Sometimes it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Pools were nice. Restaurants were all great. Posted hours on the info sheet were not always accurate. The pizza at the pool really is amazing like everyone says. The Shack pizza sounded crazy, but we were all glad we tried it. Excellent. One restaurant was being remodeled and one shut for a week when we arrived, but it didn't impact us. Lots of local things to do within walking distance. Staff was always quiet helpful.

The Marriott is a little dated. Everything is clean but overall worn. What made my star review higher was the service. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and all servers personable. The food wasn’t very good but wasn’t pricey. The beach was the best on the island we went to. I personally don’t like the vendors approaching us on the beach but I know the Marriott doesn’t have control over that and they were respectful. Just worth mentioning. There was seaweed but it was cleaned daily. I think if you are considering this hotel, the vacation club is a better choice than a hotel room.
