Had to stay here 2 times in dec 24 and jan 25, do not recommend. Poor sound insulation, there is none - impossible to fall asleep until 3am while everyone else sleeps, you can hear neighbours using bathroom. One single blanket for double bed. Too hot in the room and cold if opening window to ventilate. Poor wifi connection, no cell connection inside.

Arrived late. I did not booked; the man in charge in the hotel , at 23h00 said no room avalaible, except one who is not decent enough to meet the regulations to be rented, but that he may offer to us . after talking with a girl who was supposed to be administrator,, we paid 6000 rubles, without invoice, in cash, without having to show any passport. We were tired, and as soon we were in bed, The man knock to our dor, so that we go down to the reception, to explain that in fact the price should be higher. I explain him that i totally understood that he and the girls are going to share the amount, and that is enough. They understood the message. Still the direction of this hotel should do some control on what happen in their hotel

The worst customer service I've ever seen from a hotel. I don't know how they got 4 stars. To begin with, the recepcionist didn't speak English and didn't care about our passports and documentation, a bit unexpected from a 4-star hotel. The room was really old as other reviews stated, and the furniture had a very noticeable vibration with the drive of cars from the street. We got a superior room with a bathtub that didn't work. The staff came to the room and just said in a bad tone that they couldn't do anything. When calling reception, first the said they'd call the owner and call us back but then didn't even bother. When we called back again to get a solution they just offered us to leave and get a refund (it was 11pm). Really appalling service. First time in my life I had to leave a hotel.
