The hotel and the facilities were amazing. The food is so good as well. It is amazing value for money, everything is so clean, and the staff is so polite. The beach is phenomenal. This hotel literally has everything for a perfect vacation. The only drawback I can find was that the water in the kiddie pool is really cold, the coldest among all pools, and it is like that all day. It’d be nice, if heating was extended to that pool, cause babies and toddlers are mostly using it, and the adjacent pool has heating.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The organization for families is excellent, with plenty of activities to keep both adults and children entertained. The Mini Club was a real lifesaver for us — it kept the kids happy and busy, allowing us some quality relaxation time while they enjoyed themselves in a safe and fun environment. The animation team was fantastic; their energy and creativity made every day special. Additionally, the spa experience was truly impressive. The hamam and various treatments left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-organized vacation!

We came back second time to this hotel as a family. The animation team is amazing thanks to Nancy, Tina we always had the best time in the discos and the dance in the evening. They are super friendly and nice people if you come to holiday definitely look for them:)
