Best place for family,close to the beach, nice room
It's quite good for such a price but the amenities do not fit with the hotel price. Moreover, there is no lift. This is out of expectations. Imagine a handicapped guest or people who have difficulty in movement, carrying heavy luggage, or elderly people. I'd also recommend keeping a menu in the room. I need to check at the lobby or connect to their Telegram to get the menu. This is making it less convenient to order room service from the room.
This one star review is specifically for the restaurant/cafe. I didn’t stay at this hotel. Hopefully your management see this and do something. Your staff at the cafe are rude and extremely slow. It took them nearly 40 minutes to prepare a simple hot latte, and another 10 minutes to find cash for change. I’ll never stay at this hotel, based on how your staff treat people.
