Good location, lovely compact room, prompt kind service from Anil I'm Housekeeping and Asha at front desk. Bed was comfortable, clean. Its wedding season so obviously in other buildings parties are going on till 12 midnight, on hindsight if you are extremely sensitive to noise then 90% hotels will be a problem in the night. I thought it was manageable. I don't have any complaints for pocket friendly price of 2300rs that I booked it for on agoda.
I recently attended a ceremony at this hotel, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff were absolutely terrible—they had no manners and didn't know how to behave properly. The lobby had a terrible smell that made it very unpleasant to be in. Overall, this is the worst place I have ever visited. Management needs to teach their staff how to behave and provide basic hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs.
