Matildas Hotel Boutique

Very impressive piece of historical Santiago. Very quaint gardens with wonderful staff. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The breakfast included was amazing with great fruit, great choices of omelettes and other dishes made to order. Delicious fresh fruit juices and coffee/tea. They brought gluten free bread as well. The hotel is situated just a bit off the very commercial area which gives you the chance to experience the real feel of the City. The staff recommended several wonderful traditional Chilean food restaurants and they were fantastic. They also helped organize tour of the city as well as trekking tour in the Ramón. Very much looking forward to exploring this great city.

Very cute hotel in a convenient location. The check-in staff were all very helpful and friendly, and spoke perfect English. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the nearby park, and multiple transit stops location really close. Breakfast was simple but tasty and we enjoyed time in the hotel courtyard. The only issue was that sound carried easily so the rooms weren't exactly quiet during the day or evening. Would recommend!

We stayed here for four nights in June. It is a charming old-fashioned mansion-type hotel with very good service and a nice breakfast buffet. It was a very pleasant experience and we would stay there again.
