Mayfair Plaza Motel

A wonderful two night stay at Mayfair with my daughter. Light/ bright rooms. Everything we needed was available ( kitchen equipment, extra warm blankets) so close to everything. Coles across the rd. We had Thai food, Japanese food for our for dinners. Management were friendly on arrival. Ramps throughout the complex, so accessible for all. Would definitely recommend.

For the price, I guess the hotel was not bad. But the doors were incredibly thin and even had a small gap under it, resulting in us hearing everything from outside. It really affected our sleep unfortunately. A hotel should make sure their guests sleep fine, that is the main reason for customers to book a hotel. The rooms should be sound-proofed.

Well let's just say I'll never be staying here again! My room didn't have cold water (not fun when got kids) couldn't shower! When spoke to the manger she did provided a key to go use another room (only for showers) well this is what I walked into 🤮 I'm disgusted by knowing they clean the dishes in the SPA BATH! When I requested a refund she told me no and that it's fine to wash dishes in spa, as spa don't work! I then said lies my friend was in that room with her partner and they have video's of them using spa! She wasn't to happy with that!
