I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The food was delicious and offered a great variety every day. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the rooms and facilities always spotless. Security made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The entertainment team was fantastic, keeping guests engaged with fun activities and shows. Overall, the hotel truly deserves all the praise for its high standards and exceptional service but and last not least thanks for Marcelo for everything
Amazing holiday so sad to be leaving! Animation staff have been brilliant they are non stop and make the holiday so much fun for everyone. Marcelo is lovely and very friendly, they all are. Pool was great, clean rooms and plenty of choice at restaurant would come back in a heart beat xx
Marcelo is the best. The entertainment team is tireless in this place. They would go the mile to make you and your family or couple truly enjoy yourself. Please simply ask. Always ready to ou smile on your face. If you don't like something, just say so. Id you like your drink differently, just say so. Be nice and they will be even nicer.
