The hotel was very welcoming. All of the staff have been amazing, so friendly, helpful and would recommend anyone wanting to come here to do so! We will definitely be back! The animation team were amazing and good entertainment every night! All very friendly and helpful!
Not a 5 star hotel. Shortage of clean towels, room phone does not work so have to walk 3 flights of stairs when we need to speak to reception. Waiters, cleaners, bar staff, entertainment staff are soooo friendly. Location is nice but there is a limit of sun loungers. Pool is peaceful & not overcrowded
The hotel is really 2 stars, air conditioning not working in the bedroom, complained 5 times but nothing changed. Si k blocked in the bathroom and carpet very bad stained and dirty. Mini fridge not working properly, no pillows in the bedroom when we arrived, room very hot. Food average and every day the same, alcohol drinks bad as well. The only thing I enjoyed had been the massage.
