We spent part of our honeymoon here and had a wonderful time! We did upgrade to Levels and had a beautiful waterfront view with large balcony. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the different pools, and amenities like the daily happy hour and a massage. The staff are so attentive and kind! We would definitely come back.

Great hotel, recommended by friends who have stayed before. Our room is in their Level section. Beautiful room, exclusive roof top pool and bar area, and separate breakfast terrace. Complimentary drinks all day in the lower terrace, tapas and extra drinks between 5pm and 6pm every evening. The cocktails are amazing, The staff are wonderful and attend to your every need. The hotel is very well situated and just a 10min walk from Santa Eulalia, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Something for everyone. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

We chose this hotel as it’s on the red cliffs of Santa Eulalia. We had walked past it last year and thought it was beautiful, and honestly it is. To wake up and walk straight out on the cliffs is amazing, grounding and peaceful. That said, we chose the level upgrade with a sea view. Rooms are great and have everything however the room service and cleanliness is enough for me not to come back. Room service basically means doing the bed and changing the towels, but they leave old coffee cups and bottles of water. Literally don’t even touch or clean around them. It’s actually amazing and shocking. This level of cleanliness matches the services of the rest of the staff and to be honest the general service of the island. Seems to be getting more aggressive and impatient every year. Also with the Level upgrade, you’d expect valet or free parking, but they charge you €40 euros extra per day for parking unless yo self park if you’re lucky to find it on the road. For the limited number of Level rooms I’d expect parking and service overall.
