From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The resort is perfectly located on a stunning stretch of white sand beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters — it truly looks like a postcard come to life. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the ocean and gardens. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with a smile and genuine warmth. The food was incredible for an all-inclusive, with a great variety of fresh dishes, themed dinners, and tropical drinks that hit the spot every time. The entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively with music, activities, and shows that made each evening special. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or exploring the breathtaking beach, this resort offers the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. I left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cuba!

We had a very good experience at this hotel. Our room was clean and well-maintained, sea view was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly during busy periods. The food was okay, many selection to choose from however the menu seems to be same everyday. I think adding more international cuisine are an options and could enhance the dining experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, our overall stay was enjoyable. Thanks to the hotel's excellent location and stunning beach. The Melia Internacional presence is a definite advantage, very good location and the beach is truly exceptional. We will definitely come back to this hotel. We give it 5 ⭐️.

The hotel I stayed at had one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever seen—crystal clear water and soft, clean sand that made every day by the ocean feel like paradise. The food was great, with a good variety of options to enjoy throughout the stay, and the service was decent overall. What really stood out was how accommodating the place was for families with children, offering plenty of kid-friendly amenities and activities that made it easy for everyone to relax and have fun!!!
