Memories Varadero Beach Resort

At Resonance Blu I had an excellent experience with the magnificent team of workers. The beaches are super beautiful. I hope to return to live this wonderful experience.Many thanks to the host Amanda for being so nice and special for making my stay unforgettable.

This hotel in my opinion is a blend of very good and very bad things. - It 's a quiet hotel, but sometimes in excess, to be "Musique" there was almost no animation, lack of games, poor night show, I was expecting more. Pool party, beach party, orange party... that were announced and never done. If you are looking for fun and entertainment activities, I do not recommend you to come here. We went from Monday to Friday, I want to think that they were reserving all the energy for the weekend. - It has great green areas and trails ideal for those who like nature, but there is a BIG need of maintenance in the whole facility. - Our room was always clean, thanks to our maid, although there were problems with linen replacement all the time. - Workers with excellent attitude, others with terrible ones who acted as if they were doing us a favor. - The food was the same as in almost all hotels in Cuba these days. - Thanks to the PR ladies for helping us celebrate 2 birthdays The best thing about the hotel: the waterslide lol.

To start off the plane was delayed 2 hours. I understand safety is a concern now a days so i was understanding. But then we got to the resort and let me tell you it was a complete nightmare. First off the room and especially the bed sheets were dirty and the mattress was old and we could feel the springs up our back. After we complained about it they changed the mattress to a memory foam immediately. Considering we had the harmony plus package why not put the comfortable mattress from the start? The food isn’t up to par its actually very bad and they seem to be lacking of everything. The a la carte options were terrible. The italian was infested with flies just terrible. The options on the online menu were also not available. The Mexican was worst as the food was not fresh and definitely not Mexican. We also had water from the ceiling pour on our table and plates. The Japanese we’ll there was no seafood and the sushi consisted of only rice. The service was not good we were ignored several times even when we standing alone in line. It seems like they don’t care about their customers. Know let’s talk about the worst thing that happened.. we had someone break in to the unit in front of us during the night at 3am we could hear banging on for more then an hour. When we woke up we noticed that the units door was completely destroyed it was freighting as we were now worried about our safety and our belongings afterwards. I would definitely not recommend resonnance music varadero and I hope this long review will enlighten good people that work hard for their vacation to stay away.
