Mercure Bali Legian

We stayed here for 1 week, the location is good as you can walk to lots of restaurants. The hotel design it’s self is average and the pools are pretty small compared to the photos the hotel shows online. The kids room is actually pretty bad, it is definitely lacking activities and toys for kids, but then again it is a small room. It seems more of an after thought. The staff at the hotel are great and very helpful, and definitely try their best to make your stay great. We stayed in a plunge pool room, which was good value for money with your own pool. This hotel is perfect for adults who want value for money. But not so great for kids.

Great Location & Friendly Staff I stayed at Mercure Bali Legian for 2 nights in a Deluxe Pool Access room. Overall, the location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff at the reception were genuinely warm and helpful, which made check-in and interactions smooth and pleasant. The room had direct access to the pool, which was a nice touch and added to the experience. However, there was the musty smell in the room. It was quite noticeable and made the stay a bit uncomfortable at times. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can address for future guests. With some improvement in room freshness, this hotel has great potential. The service and location are definitely strong points.

Rooms were very late to be cleaned from 4.30pm onwards each day. Not even having enough towels and toiletries to be replaced when cleaning. Does t matter if you had been out of your room the the entirety of the morning and afternoon, was still so late to be cleaning. Price definitely doesn’t reflect quality. Location is great, but many other hotels in the area with better value for money & better service. Over $3,000 for a very average experience. Wouldn’t not considering ever staying again. Staff were friendly enough that would be the most positive aspect, especially the pool/ life guard upstairs he was fantastic
