Mercure Han sur Lesse

The hotel rooms are modern and luxurious.The sleek design and high-end amenities made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The hotel itself was equally impressive. The staff at the reception and bar were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool was equally good. I wish there was a small swimming pool for the toddlers. The hotel has 28 covered parking slots. Also, there are many parking spaces available in the vicinity of the Hans Cave. I also appreciated the fact that the checkout time could be extended until 1400, with a payment of just 25 euros.

I loved the service. The breakfast is great, different varieties, and the restaurant meals that I tried are very delicious. The rooms are clean, room services are bit slow but this is not critical. There is a place for children to play on the lobby. Tha location is great. I will go back without hesitation.

Very nice hotel with a boutiquey feel to it as you walk in. The room was small but nice and clean with a great bathroom and shower. The fridge would have been useful but it was not cold enough is my only minor complaint. I didn’t have breakfast as i thought for the cost it ought to be included but there is a supermarket across the road with pastries etc. Not sure why they advertise that they have a car park as it is always full. Would be useful if you could book. I have a new car so was concerned about parking on the road but the village is quiet and i can’t imagine there is any crime. Parking on the street is free from 18:30 to 9:00 and we were out all day so this was not a problem. The village itself is lovely. The drive from here to Spa circuit is 1 hr 30 minutes but a lovely drive!
