A beautiful modern hotel. With good breakfast and very friendly employees. Even if not everyone is speaking English, they are very ambitious to help. Raquel did a very good check-in and checkout for me. Thanks. A little tip, if you need a specific address on the invoice, write the hotel on WhatsApp.

My note was not 10 for 4 details only. 1. The main thing, the Internet in the bedroom was very bad, no day could I use it, very weak! 2. Breakfast was exactly the same every 4 days I stayed there. 3. The gym has few options for hypertrophy and the multi-machine device was unmaintenance. 4. No spa hot flats were working Apart from these points, the hotel is excellent, clean, well-located and has 100% service.

In year 2024 I was staying there 4 different times, all were very good. In 2025 I was in March and I badly disappointment. There were some malfunctions in handling the room : - The dispenser of shampoo empty , and refill only after I specific ask. - One lamp was out of function for three days , and replace only after specific request. - The sink in bathroom was partially blocked in my whole stay. But major problems happened at reception desk. The evening before Check-out I pay the bill including laundry I sent, The official make calculations for 6 nights + laundry and I pay. The next morning I returned the key and the official on front desk ask me to pay extra almost 1,000 Brazilian Real . Beginning he said it for more night then he said it is for laundry , then he said the price for each night calculated by mistake. * The official do not speak English, only after 10 minutes of talking with Google translate he calls to lady from back room that speaks good English. * I made the payment evening before to avoid losing time in last minute on the way to airport. And it exactly what happened , while Taxi waiting outside I do not have any time & options but to pay without argue. Once the hotel make the calculations , give the total amount , I pay , Hotel received payment . It is like contract signed . Unless there is new charge from my side (like Mini-Bar) , you can not break signed contract and charge almost 25% more.
