Mercure Lavasa

Fort desk staff were very friendly and helpful in nature. Mr. Sovik in the front desk guided me well about site seeing and found very accomodative . Apart from that spread in the morning breakfast was also too good & rastaurant staff were always concerned about guests satisfaction. It was indeed a refreshing and pleasant stay here will visit again with our parents. Rooms are well furnished and service to the room are also very prompt. Excellent hotel & overall brilliant experience.

While, as of December 2019, Lavasa is in doldrums, awaiting environmental issues resolutions, and fresh investment, places like Celebration and the Waterfront make it still a worthwhile short visit. Situated a short distance away from the Lavasa Waterfront. overlooking the greenery, and in the midst of calm and quiet, Celebration is a still a comfortable stay. Rooms: The rooms are well maintained, decently provisioned and quite comfortable. They are well-cleaned and well-served. Food and restaurant: With good interior and exterior dining, it is a very comfortable experience. While service is good, not all items on the Menu are always available. Also, the buffet for breakfast and dinner is extremely delicious, but becomes repetitive after 3-4 days. Also, when there are many guests, service times for dining and room service becomes very slow, even for cocktails and mocktails from the bar menu. Also, the Zen bar always seems deserted without a dedicated bartender. Play area: While we had Ludo and Snake-n-Ladder, and play area for kids, as well as well-maintained garden, there needs to be a few more items to keep kids occupied. Staff: Extremely friendly and very helpful. Overall, a good place for a 2-3 day stay at Lavasa - very relaxing.

The stay was amazingly comfortable. We were greeted by lovely professionals at the reception and all the time when we crossed the staff. The staff are extremely polite. The room was brilliant and had a lobby with a great view. The lobby, bar and dining area were also tidy. The kids playing area should either be outside the dining area or parents of the kids should be asked to watch over them. Apart from that every thing else was perfect. Checkout was hassle free as well. A little costly though which is why a star taken off.
