Asalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatulahi wa Barakatu My husband and I were so impressed by how clean this hotel is. Not only is it affordable but it smells so clean as soon as you walk into the lobby. Professional staff, front desk, restaurant, and everyone very friendly. The rooms were very nice with beautiful view of the city alhamdulillah. The restrooms are fully equipped with shampoo, body wash, hand soap and lotion which is very rare to find at hotels in Makkah. The restaurant food is delicious and they have a variety of options. Very clean and great presentation. Over all the best hotel we have booked in our years of traveling to Makkah alhamdulillah. Very highly recommend it. Jazakhallah Khair to all the staff you are all doing an amazing job.

We had a truly pleasant family stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our visit. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety to please both adults and kids. The staff overall were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention must go to Shahid, the housekeeper who made our stay even better. He greeted us daily with a big smile, carried out regular thorough cleaning, and paid attention to every detail. His kindness towards my children and his consistent professionalism stood out. I believe Shahid is a real asset to the hotel and deserves a promotion to Team Leader, as he truly embodies outstanding hospitality. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend this hotel to other families

Very nice, neat and clean rooms. recommended to stay here If you are planning a stay in the Aziziyah area.. I would give it 5 stars but the rooms are not fully sound proof. You sometimes listen to sounds and talks of people from the adjacent room.
