I had the pleasure of interacting with Shubhem during our one-week program at the hotel, and I must say his service was truly exceptional. He was always attentive, professional, and proactive in making sure all our needs were met. His dedication and positive attitude played a key role in the smooth and successful execution of our program. We stayed at this hotel for 12 days and couldn't be more happy with all the staff. The food was always plentiful and varied, beautifully prepared, and the wait staff was always welcoming and smiling. A special mention goes to Ritah, but everyone was truly wonderful. We also enjoyed a couples massage at the spa, and Emma and Nadia took wonderful care of us—a dream massage. Thank you to all the Mercure staff for your warm hospitality!

I stayed in this beautiful recently- built hotel for 3 nights and I loved my experience. everything was impaccably clean and all amenities were provided. the breakfast also was delicious. very polite and helpful staff. the chef of the restaurant Abdolhamid was extremely professional, whatever we ordered from the menu was super tasty and flavorful. I'll be back again for sure. highly recommended
