Mercure Rayong Lomtalay Villas & Resort

A wonderful stay in Rayong, we would love to come back again After several stays in other hotels and resorts in Rayong, we wanted to try out the Mercure Rayong Lomtalay Villas & Resort and only booked 2 nights. We regretted it as we would have loved to stay much longer. We really liked the room in the Beach Wing. All the service staff were extremely friendly, the food was very tasty and the treatments in the spa were also very good. Many thanks to Pat (or Pad?) for the great massage! We also liked the pool and the beach. We will definitely be back :-) And hopefully the modernization work in the pool area will be finished by then. That was the only thing that was annoying.

Whenever my family visits Rayong, Mercure Hotel is our go-to place to stay. The hotel offers a sense of safety, cleanliness, and comfort that we truly appreciate. From the security guard at the entrance to the staff inside, the service is consistently warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms are spotless and well-designed with smart use of space. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the beachfront location makes the atmosphere even more special. Breakfast is excellent — there’s a wide variety of options and everything is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay by the sea!

The staffs are very nice and polite. The beachfront view is superb, quiet and clean. The room is big and comfy, but the layout is quite bad and not functional. No place to hang your cloths or towel in shower room. The mirror is facing your side not your front. The sink doesn’t drain properly. The bathtub is just stay in the way with no privacy for villa type room which is good for couples only. Breakfast is plenty and various.
