I had a very pleasant experience here! The service was excellent — they even provided a QR code for check-in, which made everything super quick and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Lionel at the front desk and the porter who helped with my luggage. They really made me feel welcome. One small area for improvement would be the breakfast — it would be great if the quality could be a bit higher. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it!
We stayed at the hotel for an extended period, and one staff member who truly made our mornings special was Den, the omelette chef. Even when we came down late for breakfast, he was always kind, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of without hesitation. Every day, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine positive energy that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. His consistent kindness and thoughtfulness truly stood out and made a big difference during our stay. Thank you, Den, for being such a bright part of our mornings!
Close to the MRT, staff were friendly. Our rooms were small but they served our purpose. We did see much bigger rooms on the other side of the hotel, we must have opted for the cheaper option. The pools were great, nice and clean. The restaurant choices were great - a bit of any cuisine you may want and a 7 eleven for late night cravings or a quick bite. We had interconnecting rooms but the door could only be opened from one side which made it impossible to keep an eye on the kids, we had to prop the doors open. Really poor design as the front door opens into the bathroom door if left open, which also opens into the interconnecting door between rooms. We came back to rooms having been cleaned on day 3 but they left towels for 2 people (4 people booked). Called for more towels but they did not come in time which was annoying - it was a quick refresh for us between trips (out and sweaty all day, in for a shower and change for dinner). Used the laundry facilities, only one machine to use as the other was broken. Had to wait for ages for it to become available. There was an annoying buzz that came from the PA system speaker in the room every few hours, including overnight. TV remote only worked intermittently. Breakfast options were great but quality of the goods were average - except for the custom omelettes, and the guy making them was super happy and energetic. No oat milk or non dairy alternatives available. Different juice options labelled (apple, watermelon) but everything was orange juice. Croissants weren’t heated which made them taste stale. We were bought a special plate of food on our last breakfast as a thank you - the waitress told us she had been watching what we ate and had the chef prepare something special for us. If she had been watching, which in itself seemed weird, she would see that we didn’t all eat particularly healthy - so we received some lovely fruit and avocado. Was she telling us we needed a change or was she not actually watching? She described an item on the plate as toasted oats, they were walnuts - too bad for anyone with allergies. Everything ‘special’ on the plate should have been available by default in the buffet.
