The hotel is a bit away from the center, but you can reach everything quickly on foot. We were able to park directly in front of the hotel and check-in was easy. The hotel always responded to our questions in advance within a few minutes. On site, all the staff were very welcoming and spoke English. The hotel is run by a couple. They personally make the breakfast in the morning and it was very tasty, especially the coffee. The lady of the house also came to give very good tips for the city and surroundings. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, even a balcony. We stayed there for 3 nights and had a very good time. We would stay there again and can only recommend it, especially to Tourists.
Great hospitality and excellent service. We had a great experience when stayed for two nights. The breakfast was also plenty and delicious.
Located right in the heart of Korce, Albania, Mergan Hotel provided the best experience I've had in the country. It felt like being in the USA with their top-notch service and all the amenities you could think of, and even some you couldn't! The staff treated us like family while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This hotel offered the perfect blend of affordable prices and luxurious comforts. I stayed here with my wife and our two kids, aged 1 and 4, and we had an unforgettable time. I went had a month long trip and went all over this was by far the nest experience. Highly recommend!
