I cannot say enough wonderful things about this fabulous establishment. I go with a fairly large group of women on a monthly basis for brunch. It's fabulous!!!! The food is GREAT and the service for so many women is even better! I've been four times. When I walked in the last time our server remembered my name! The surroundings are beautiful with a lovely pool that you can utilize at no charge after your meal! Tons of fun!
The best part of our fabulous stay was the people. The staff is beyond compare and tended to our party of eight's every need. The absolutely delicious food in the restaurant (including regional specialities) was meticulously prepared and presented. We unreservedly recommend Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique to anyone and everyone!
This is a Must Stay hotel - the property is gorgeous and the staff are so attentive. We stayed 4 nights, room overlooked the pool/courtyard, had AC, and was very clean and serviced daily. The on-site restaurant is fabulous, open all day, the food is all freshly prepared, and it even hosts local cooking classes/tastings etc. The owner helped us organise a personal day tour with driver to Mayan ruins and cenotes. Everything about this place is top notch, A+ !!
