Meriton Hotel Nha Trang

The facilities in the room were too old, the electrical appliances worked sometimes and sometimes didn't. The Swimming pool was too dirty , the water was not clean. The price for renting motorbikes at the hotel was more expensive than outside and at that time there weren't enough motorbikes, so we rented outside. Then we had a problem with the motorbike owner, asked the hotel to help us see the camera outside, but the receptionist said: no, the incident had nothing to do with them. The attitude towards guests staying at the hotel was extremely bad.

What a horrible start to a holiday. Unfriendly staff that don't even speak or understand English or willing to help.on a friendly way. Had the worst experience from the time we checked in. Honestly stay away from this hotel if you want to actually have a pleasant experience. We requested two single beds, the staff are really Unfriendly and not helpful at all. Made us wait so long at reception to give us feedback on the booking and the check in. It's as if the staff have no idea how to do their job. If I could cancel this booking and get another hotel I would. I would never come back to this hotel ever again. I would recommend you book another hotel. The rooms are tiny, windows are so dirty that you can't even really see outside... the bathroom fan makes a horrible noise. The place looks completely different to the photos and what's advertised online. It's a total catfish. Location is okay, they advertise private beach, where even is the private beach the place isn't even on the beach? What a joke. Stop advertising falsely to get guests to book your shitty hotel under false pretenses. It's a central location that's about it. Forgot to mention the half used shampoo amd body wash. Wow

We paid for early check-in but they refused to let us check in early. We booked a double bedroom, and they said because it's high season we can't give you the room you booked. The assistant is so unkind and no one speaks English, she didn't wanna use Google translate at first and she didn't explain what was going on properly. The bathrooms are too noisy because of the fan. There's barely any shower gel and shampoo (less than half). I've been almost all over Vietnam and I've never seen such terrible customer service. I'd really recommend you go anywhere and save yourself the trouble.
