Nice place at a very good location in Lozenets with new management.
Very poor quality of hotel. Bed smell from bathrooms in most rooms. Bathrooms not cleaned properly. Second star just for service, people working there were very nice. NOT RECOMENDED!
This hotel is too worn-out and dirty, offers only basic food and poor service. They claim four stars, but it deserves maximum two.
