Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. Room was poor; mattresses very uncomfortable (felt every spring), bathroom smelt bad and sink trap leaking. Would have been fine otherwise. Didn't bother asking for a different room as only there two nights and out mostly.
Really really bad service. We are 4 people, so we booked a room with 2 double beds. When we asked for 2 more blankets there was no option to get them. Furthermore they only give out 1 card for 1 room, while you need 1 card to put into a little box to cool down the room (or use power in general). It was super hot in there so we couldn’t leave the room until it was cooled down. Cannot recommend it. Not cooperative at all
Pictures on the site are very deceiving. We checked in to a room with no shower curtain, minimal space to walk around the room for 4 adults, and they stopped restocking hand/face towels after our first night. The staff was friendly and the location was fine. We were just so extremely disappointed with the room that we seriously contemplated finding another hotel the first night we stayed there. Highly DON’T recommend this hotel.
