Mihrako Hotel & Spa

We live in Europe, and I brought my daughter who has special needs and her sisters to Mihrako Hotel and Spa. My only goal was to show her the beauty of her own country and how people here treat others with kindness. Instead, we were met with the most disrespectful behaviour I have ever seen. We never even got to swim. My daughter was humiliated three times first by the woman at reception, then by the swimming teacher, and finally by another staff member. I have travelled the world, and my daughter has never been treated like this anywhere. Sadly, the only place it happened was here, in her own homeland the place I hoped would make her proud. This hotel claims to be four stars, but the staff’s behaviour doesn’t deserve even one. There was no kindness, no respect, and no basic humanity. They ruined our holiday and left my daughter in tears. If you value dignity, compassion, and respect, do not come here. They will take your money, but they may also break your heart. Nian

Our visit to Mihrako Hotel and Spa was meant to be a fun family day by the pool, but it quickly turned into one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. We never even got to swim. It was upsetting to see, and it left our whole family feeling hurt. This kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, especially towards a child. I hope the hotel improves its staff training so that every guest is treated with the basic respect they deserve.
