A beautiful and cozy hotel in a convenient location. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The breakfast was excellent, and the view was beautiful – truly a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
Great hotel and wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast. They changed the name though to 1Hotel.
Very small rooms.No elevator facility was available.Made us pay 100 lari for spilling coffee although we cleaned it. It was only COFFE n nothing else and they were insisting it as something else. N we dont need to lie about that in a review.We were 2 families n the other family was staying in 3 rd floor if you remember..Thanks for the response which again prove that poor service. N wonder why such a small hotel even without elevator facility got a 4 star status
