The overall all stay was very nice, and clean. Breakfast was amazing and lots of options and the staff there are very helpful, but in August it’s very busy! The house keeping staff were very helpful and responsive. Lutfur who was responsible of cleaning my room was very helpful and gave very good service. Will definitely come stay here again.

Great resort to stay at! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. Ratan from housekeeping was especially helpful always courteous and made sure the room was spotless each day. The on-site restaurant offers a variety of delicious options with attentive service and beautiful views. The coffee shop is a great spot to relax in the morning or grab a quick bite in the afternoon. And the pool is clean, peaceful, and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

This is not the first time we book this hotel — we always trusted its cleanliness and quality. Unfortunately, this time was the worst and I don’t think I’ll come back again. The cleanliness needs improvement, and the smell of smoke during the night was very strong even though our room was non-smoking. On top of that, the AC wasn’t cooling properly and the fridge wasn’t working, it was actually warm. The service is still good, but the hotel definitely needs major improvement to return to its previous standard
