Milsoms Kesgrave Hall

My husband and I have just left after celebrating our anniversary here. It was fabulous from start to finish, the grounds and hotel and perfectly maintained, the staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. The check in time was perfect and later check out worked well for us to make the most of the stay. Dinner was lovely, nice to see some different options on the menu and tasted amazing! Also nice to see through the kitchen too at how hard work they were all at! We took advantage of the spa on site, which I was a little concerned about when I booked as it looked on the small side, but it was just stunning. Again it was immaculate, staff were lovely, we were lucky with the weather and took full advantage of the outdoor sun lounger. It was lovely that it was not too busy and at times had the place to ourselves. I had two treatments which was amazing too! I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here! It would not disappoint!

I’d just like to share some positive feedback about a recent visit to Milsoms Kesgrave Hall, Ipswich. 7 of us dined recently, and had a lovely experience. The food was of a very high standard, the staff were attentive and exceptionally polite. A special mention must go to Molly, who was incredibly outgoing, polite and made us all smile. She’s a real credit to the team. We look forward to visiting again soon. Elliott & Mel

I’m always optimistic that the service will improve, but every time I go I feel that they just don’t care about proving good service. Visited on a Saturday lunch and the place was dead, and the spa was also almost empty. The manager was very rude. Food was nice, but nothing special for the price. The spa is missing something, probably a pool. I don’t feel it’s worth the visit for a spa day.
