Mimaru Osaka Namba Station

Excellent hotel in a great location. Location: within the Namba shopping district, next to famous shopping streets, many eateries and also a few minutes walk to Namba station. Staff could speak good English. Service was impeccable too! They clean your room on alternate days, but clear your rubbish and change towels everyday. Common washer and dryer. The lobby is located on 2F. I will definitely return to stay in this hotel on my next trip to Osaka! High recommended hotel. Thumbs up!

From the moment we walked into the apartment hotel we were greeted and felt a warm welcome. I wanted to have a visit to a nearby spa and it was arranged by the staff. Every staff member did an excellent job catering to every need. I want to recognize Utami for her great effort in getting me an appointment with a nearby walking distance spa, even walking me to the location when I asked for her assistance with directions. Every detail was attended to. As to the apartment itself, I wish that they could redo the flooring in the hallway, but otherwise, it was suitable for a family of four. I believe the staff really makes this place worthwhile and the laundry room also helps.

Lovely hotel at a great location. Service is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Big space for my family of 6 and we did not feel cramp. The werewolf room had two toilets and showers so there were no fights or queues in the mornings and evenings!
