Minasi Grand Hotel

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The price was reasonable for the quality of service provided. The room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. A special mention to Sarah at the reception—she was friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Keisha and John do an amazing job real local vibe but still with a fancy aesthetic, the room views are a little left to be desired but if you are looking for bed and board in hanoi close to all the major attractions the hotel is perfect. Had an amazing time and the food is amazing.

Greeted with a warm welcome, complimentary tea and seated for check in. The concierge is the most helpful we've ever experienced. We asked for dinner recommendations and he escorted us around to a local restaurant that did just the trick. At breakfast Emma could not be more attentive and helpful. She looked after us a lot. Very happy so far.
