Nice Hotel, but a Bit Disappointing Let’s start with the positives: The hotel is small but beautiful, the rooms are nice, there’s a pool table, a swimming pool, and the location is perfect—very close to the center and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Areas for improvement: Some simple improvements could make a big difference. • Room cleaning: I received two new towels, but apart from that, nothing was done. The room looked exactly the same after cleaning. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the floor wasn’t swept, a dirty cup was left behind, and there was no toilet paper restock. • Breakfast and billiard area: There was an unpleasant smell. A dead cockroach was on the floor (which can happen), but the staff just walked past it and left it there. As I said, the hotel is nice, but small details need improvement.

The hotel has a nice location, the space in the room is generally airy. However, Room 102's bathroom door was stuck and couldn't be closed. At night, the smell of the sewer came up. The swimming pool was not cleaned so the water was very dirty. The pool is small. I give a low score because the day I checked in was 6:30 am. I know it was before check-in time, but at least the receptionist should have guided the guests. The receptionist (male) was sleeping on the sofa, opened the blanket and saw me, he looked at his watch and then covered himself with the blanket and continued sleeping, despite the guests standing there looking at him. I was still there until 30 minutes later, when another male came down, saw me waiting but didn't say anything, he was sitting doing something on the computer. I waited until the other male woke up, then I started asking "Are you the receptionist?", he said yes, check-in is at 2 pm. I know this, but guests always have the need to store/change clothes/toilet/or are willing to check in early for a fee. I asked where the toilet was and you told me that's where my house was.

This place has seen better days. Room was ok but had a funny smell and was dusty. TV was unusable. The breakfast was mediocre. The water was not hot in the shower. But oddly enough for a "boutique" hotel the worst was the staff. Totally disinterested or demotivated in their jobs. Mostly gaming on their phones or sitting around. No one even tried helping with our luggage and had to be asked... Only stayed for one day but it was more than enough 😅
