Mira Moon

Small but decent hotel. Received a one-level room upgrade as a Titanium member, which was appreciated. However, the room setup was strange — it came with only one chair, no sofa, and no alternative seating area. This meant a second person had to sit on the bed, which felt quite odd for a hotel of this standard. That said, an additional chair was provided promptly upon request.

The hotel is very nice and centrally located. Not sure if it’s 5 star material(the breakfast for example could offer more) but it’s very nice nonetheless. Will definitely consider it if in HK in the future.

Decent Stay but Lacking the Marriott Feel I recently stayed at Mira Moon Hong Kong and left with mixed impressions. While this property is technically part of the Marriott portfolio, it really doesn’t feel like it. The rooms are certainly designed to look trendy and stylish, but up close, it feels more like a cheap hotel disguised as something upscale. Service was another letdown. The staff were polite but not particularly attentive, and at times it felt more like staying at a Motel 6 with a single person running the place rather than a five-star hotel experience. No one offered to help us with our bags, so we ended up carrying everything ourselves—which was unexpected for a property in this price range. Overall, Mira Moon is fine if you just need somewhere central and don’t care much about service or true luxury, but don’t expect the standards you’d usually find at other Marriott hotels.
